Keeping the brain stimulated is a very important element in maintaining a lifelong wellbeing. Words can be formed vertically (up or down) and horizontally (right). However, it is very important that the words formed are found in a Standard English dictionary.

Aside from maintaining a healthy diet and doing physical exercises that can help in improving the overall health, brain games should be at least played once a day, 15 to 30 minutes. This way, the brain will be stimulated every single day, which can keep it active and agile. Seniors playing brain games should be made a habit to keep the brain functioning at its best for the longest possible time.
